Noom Take Two

Here we go! Noom, the second go! I am actually three weeks in, but didn’t really think about trying to write/reflect on how I’m doing until now.

I signed up again on December 16th. (Before Christmas?! I know 🤪) Getting back into the habit of weighing myself daily, tracking foods, and reading the little lessons has went well! I tried to be consistent through the holidays with logging, knowing realistically my goal was to maintain rather than actively lose any weight while eating all the gluten free, dairy free treats I could make (there were many).

In the week since New Years, I have been intentionally meal prepping and adding back in my 30 minute walks. Not surprisingly, I’m finding a lot of this a little harder with three big kids and a baby, but I’ve had tremendous support from my husband!

For the sake of keeping track, I’ll share my weigh in weekly. As always, I want to be clear that the number on the scale is never bad. For me, I feel my best floating in the 120-130 range, so that is my goal.

At the end of pregnancy I weighed: 160lbs

Post birth at home I weighed: 151lbs

At four weeks postpartum I weighed: 146lbs

Starting Noom I weighed: 142lbs

Week Three (today): 138lbs

In the grand scheme of things, I am 22lbs down from the height of my pregnancy. I’ve got somewhere between 8-12lbs to go!
