Noom Adventure-Week Five


 A month ago when I started Noom, they asked me to imagine myself a month from starting. I hoped that by a month I would have lost 5lbs and adopted some better eating habits. I’m beyond proud to say I reached those goals and more! As of this week, I’m 10lbs down from my starting weight and I have successfully logged 120 meals 😃

Now I’ll be honest, not every meal I’ve eaten in the last month has been “healthy.” There were times when I made food choices that could have been better, but due to lack of planning (or laziness ðŸĪŠ) I chose a less nutritious option. What has majorly changed, however, is that those not awesome choices are not end-alls to my continuing progress. What do I mean by that? In the past when I have dieted, anytime I made a mistake, went over my calorie budget, or otherwise went off plan, I became really discouraged and shortly thereafter quit! Now I have learned to persevere through little slips. One less than perfect meal does not my progress destroy

Week five: 139.5lbs
