Another week has passed, and more progress has been made, on and off the scale!
This week I doubled the amount of walking I’d been doing in a day! About half of that was intentional, on my walking pad, and the other half was the result of pacing in circles with my 9 week old baby.
I also cooked a couple new meals that were a hit with the husband and I. Been attempting to make more one-pan meals, since they are so quick and easy to throw together!
Starting weight: 160lbs
Starting Noom weight: 142lbs
Week four weigh-in: 137lbs
