Progress has been made…and halted…and restarted 😂
I’ve really realized that I tend to suffer hard from decision fatigue throughout the day. Basically, when I need to make too many decision about food, I start to make poor choices out of ease. I seem to have the most success with staying to calorie budget and plan when I prepare meals ahead of time. Usually, I do major meal prep on Sunday evenings. We were camping last weekend, and I did not take time to prep Sunday. It’s blazingly obvious to me that skipping that step in my healthy habits leads to less then stellar eating all week!
This week, I also had three occasions of eating out with my co-workers and church group. I was 1/3 in making healthy food selections, but it was a good learning experience for sure. I know now a little better to plan ahead for those meals!

Starting weight: 151lbs
Week ten weight: 135lbs
