I’m going to keep this update short and sweet! It’s been a long week 😅
I cannot be trusted to eat the school lunches without eating way more then I need.
I have much more successful weeks when I meal plan.
I think I sweated a pound gone with anxiety.
I reaffirmed some of my weight loss goals, needed to remind myself why I’m doing this!
Starting weight: 151lbs
Week eleven: 134lbs
