Noom Adventure Week Three!


Holy guacamole! Three weeks have passed in what feels like the blink of an eye 😝

This week has some major wins and one major…fail. I feel like this is the first week where I can see progress being made. I packed these shorts for our weekend away for the 4th, and when I put them on this morning, they were too big! Last summer these shorts were pretty snug on my waist, and now they are a good two inches too big 😳

I had a major meltdown moment on Thursday about making poor food choices. In my head, I had just completely wrecked all my progress. In reality, I moved passed a triggering moment (feeling like I’d failed), and feel much more confident moving forward about how to handle setbacks. 

I’ve had Irritable Bowel Syndrome since I was 17 years old. The past three weeks have been the most “regular” I have experienced since before I was diagnosed! Noom has encouraged me to really reshape my diet and has encouraged me to fuel my body with the right things. I LOVE IT.

One crazy thing that happened this week was I discovered I am sensitive to avocados! That is apparently one super food that I super can’t do 😬

Week Three: 142.5lbs
