Ugh. Hello, week six (one day late). This week the PMS hit hard…and I really struggled to make non-cake variety choices 😂
I’ve also hit a bit of a plateau with the scale, which is frustrating. I know that weight loss graphs usually do a bit of up and down, but yeah, I definitely rather see it go down.
Starting weight: 151lbs
Week Six Weight: 139lbs
